This Accuform ladder shield lockout kit gives you one more step you can take to avoid injuries. Keep unauthorized personnel off of permanent and semi-permanent ladders by making them difficult to climb. Rustproof, .063"-thick aluminum Ladder Shield fits on most ladders and attaches easily-Shield top has a hook to hang on ladder rung. Simply loop cable-hasp lockout over rungs and through the pre-punched holes to secure the Shield and block access to lower steps. Bilingual message on front of Shield and on Tag gives visual warnings to any potential climbers.
