This AccuStar continuous radon monitor provides hourly and average readings of radon gas concentrations with continuous monitoring, and also provides accurate measurements in a wide range of temperatures and humidity. This radon monitor is an affordable unit that is designed for ease of use--it is lightweight, durable and temper-resistant. The unit includes a software CD to enable the downloading of data to your laptop or desktop PC. It is powered by AC power/battery operation and will not be affected by power surges or fluctuations.

because it doesn't have a visable readout, we don't know until test is completed and downloaded what the status is. I wish I hadn't bought the machine at all.

Easy to set-up and use. The reports are great. Charcoal canisters have too high of a failure rate (20%) to be considered a 'professional' sampling device. If you are a pro you should own this device. It direct ships from the manufacture; I had it next day... even w/ standard shipping.
