Features & Applications:
The AlphaLab Trifield EMF Meter independently measures and provides fast, accurate measurements of all nonionizing electromagnetic fields, and can detect more than any other electromagnetic pollution meter currently on the market. The instrument independently measures electric fields and magnetic fields, and is properly scaled to indicate currents produced by each type of field. It can be used in a wide range of applications as detailed below.
Features:
- Independently measures electric field and magnetic field
- Detects either frequency-weighted magnetic fields (two separate scales), or frequency-weighted electric fields in the ELF and VLF range
- Detects up to three billion Hz (3 GHz), which lets you gauge radio-wave power, CB and cellular phone equipment, and many types of radars
- Combines magnetic, electric, and radio/microwave detectors in one package
- 9-volt transistor battery included
Applications:
- AC wall adapters
- Vacuum cleaner or motorized equipment
- TV screens
- Motorized clocks (120 V)
- Lightning
- Inside of commercial jets
- Running cars, especially near front floorboard
- Improperly grounded electrical equipment

Comments about AlphaLab Trifield EMF Meter:
It made from a typical [...] electronic home project box with glued current meter on the top. I would never use for anything professional. It can fairly measure EMR but not very accurately. Best use to see if you have leaking EMR spots. Very hard to measure EM field with more then 50 gausses.

Comments about AlphaLab Trifield EMF Meter:
Whether you're in a HAM shack or just worried about EM exposure from your monitor and electronics, this device is the best around for the money. The only improvement I might suggest would be an isolation switch for the X,Y,Z sensors. If available, be certain to get the audible alert upgrade.
