The AMEREX Tri-Class Dry Chemical Fire Extinguishers (2A:10B:C) are a popular choice for all three common classes of fire: Class A - Common combustibles-wood, paper, cloth, rubber, trash and most plastics; Class B - Flammable liquids-gasoline, kerosene, oil, grease, solvents and paint; and Class C - Live electrical equipment-motors, computers, wiring and appliances.
Three fire extinguisher uses a specially fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate dry chemical that insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 350°F and coating the surface it is applied to. The chemical also smothers and breaks the chain reaction of Class B fires, and will not conduct electricity back to the operator.

The protective wear is perfect for my use! The fire extinguisher I had my doughts about until it arrived I own a mobile food unit and although I have a built in fire supression system. There is no better peace of mind than to have some control in you hands I have three of these units and Thank God I have never had to use them on my equipment.
