This Amprobe combustible gas detector quickly detects methane and propane gas concentrations and alerts the user via an emitted frequency tone when gas is detected. The frequency of the beep coincides with the concentration of the gas. Useful for pinpointing gas leaks for closed piping systems, the gas detector also features LEDs that display the level of gas present in an area or room. You can use the mute function to work in quiet areas or the standard earphone jack that enables you to better hear the meter in loud environments.

Comments about Fluke Electronics Amprobe GSD600 Combustible Gas Detector:
It detected there was a small propane gas leak in my RV when it was six feet away from the leak, and then it isolated the point of the leak to within quarter of an inch. I also easily found a small natural gas leak in my home.
