This anti-roll digital stem thermometer features a unique design that prevents the unit from rolling away when taking measurements. Equipped with a food safe stainless steel 5" probe, the thermometer provides measurements after only 1 second of sampling. The thermometer also features a F/C switch, and auto power off, and comes complete with 2 LR44 batteries.
