The instrument features a siphon set that includes a glass tube with plug and rubber suction bulb installed on the upper end, and a rubber nozzle with clamp for the lower end of the glass tube. Additionally, this Hydrometer's rubber is made of Buna nitrile, rather than conventional rubber. Buna nitrile is a synthetic rubber that is more durable and provides improve chemical resistance.
