As a service technician this unit is quick to warm up and very sensitve. after just a few weeks of having this detector I have caught other leaks that the customers didn't even know about, after locating leak I could visually show the leak to the customer with a bubble solution, involving them with the repair. In the past I've used bigger bulkier detectors, but this one is just as accurate and easier to operate.
