Bright Dyes FLT Orange Dye products are specially formulated versions of Xanthene dye, utilized for water tracing and leak detection studies. The tablets disintegrate quickly in water and are easily traced to very low dilutions. This fluorescent orange dye is ideal for use for smaller applications under 1000 gal., and is typically used when neither Yellow/Green nor Red would provide proper contrast. It may be detected visually, by ultraviolet light and by appropriate fluoremetric equipment.
This fluorescent orange dye is certified by NSF International to ANSI/NSF Standard 60 for use in drinking water.
