These Bright Dyes biodegradable fluorescent dye tracer is the ideal product for tracking and mapping water flow patterns. The powder dissolves quickly and is easily detected in clear, deionized water in the range of 100 ppb of active ingredient. Recommended for very small applications or very large where liquid is undesirable, this ecologically safe dye is fluorescent and a good choice for use in greenish or yellowish water with a lot of algae. It may be detected visually, by ultraviolet light and by appropriate fluorometric equipment.
Compliance: FWT Red dyes are NSF certified for potable water. Fluorescent dyes are temporary and will degrade naturally in sunlight, 2 - 5 days for Red or with the addition of chlorine.
