The Bright Star Responder 2 C Flashlight features a polycarbonate with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) lens. It is non-conductive and has a Xenon bulb with a prefocused spot beam. This flashlight is submersible to up to 100' and can withstand a 30' drop onto concrete.
