This Brix Sucrose Refractometer features automatic temperature compensation and a prism and lens with simple focus adjustment so as to ensure more accurate, repeatable measurements of the concentration of sugar in fruit juice and industrial fluids. Readings are displayed on an easy to read scale. Only 2 or 3 drops of solution are needed to obtain an accurate reading. A carrying case and calibration screwdriver included.
