Give it to each client after performing a home inspection......the added info on the back of each page is very helpful info, especially to first time homebuyers. I explain to them that this report booklet should be used for ongoing problems and good info.

Comments about HOME TECH Building Analysis Report Forms:
product is thorough and presents a professional appearance to the client. Organization of subjects generally by subject make it necessary to go from basement to kitchen to attic, etc to complete. This makes it easier to miss items.

Comments about HOME TECH Building Analysis Report Forms:
I like the professional look you get when you can hand a customer a booklet with their analysis complete. I also like the information listed on the back side of the forms.
I think it could be reorganized. I like to start with the grounds first and than get into the structure.
You have structural componets as one item. I like to list the components with the area that I am inspecting. Example, floor joist with floor, crawl space, rafters/trusses with attic area.
Electrical and kitchen could be a little more indepth, but there is writing space that can be used.
There isn't much room dedicated to the garage inspection.
It just seems a little less in depth than forms I have been using. But it makes my job a little faster.

Comments about HOME TECH Building Analysis Report Forms:
I have used this product for many years, buying it originally from the publisher. Since It's distribution has become exclusive to Prof. Equipment, its printing quality has declined, Pro. Equip. decals are conspicuously attached to the folder and the option of having your business' name/address info printed on the cover has been removed. An otherwise excellent report form has suffered from uninformed corporate decisions and no improvements to the form have occured. A shame.

Pros
- Professional and detailed
Cons
- none
Best Uses
- Residential inspections
Comments about HOME TECH Building Analysis Report Forms:
The foundation portion needs it's own space and elaboration and the electrical portion does not easily incorporate/ allow for description of multiple panel systems but I've reviewed all the other reporting systems and this one is the clearest and most inclusive. My clients are always very impressed.
Comments about HOME TECH Building Analysis Report Forms:
The problem I have with these reports are that they don't # the first two pages( they start at #3) the problem being is that when realtors/mortage companies get their copies they think pages are missing and therefore something is being hidden from them( I # them myself but sometimes I forget.)( I have to go back and find and fax missing pages with # 1 and 2. also alot of bleed through on other pages (check marks etc,) I do like these reports but you asked thank you Bryan
Pros
- Adequate comment space
- High Quality
Cons
Best Uses

Comments about HOME TECH Building Analysis Report Forms:
Before being marketed through Professional Equipment, I was able to order these direct, imprinted with my business name and address. It made a more 'professional' impression with clients. Not providing this is a seriously missed oversight.
