This BW Gas Alert Extreme detects is a cost-effective instrument that detects ammonia gas concentrations. The compact unit is also highly water-resistant, designed with an IP 66/67 fully immersible, EMI/RFI resistant housing. Users are alerted to hazardous conditions via an extra-loud audible alarm, flashing LED light bars, and a built-in vibrator alert. Readings are displayed on a large, easy-to-read backlit display. The BW Gas Alert Extreme is also equipped with a built-in concussion-proof boot, and heavy-duty, stainless steel, alligator style belt-clip. A rechargeable 3V camera battery provides one year of continuous operation.
