I am a real estate appraiser. Hence, I am outdoors measuring housing and taking photos. I have purchased many raincoats and ponchos over the years. I am 5'1" and the medium is a "full length on me which is what I wanted (keep all clothing dry (bushes). It is light enough not to cook you but very sturdy. just right for me.

My husband and I needed something rainproof and brightly colored for clearing and cutting trees on our land. Your coat covers most of the body to the knee. Chain saw debris just slides off and we aren't dragging dirt into the house. It is also heavy enough fabric to be hardy, yet lightweight enough for heavy aerobic work. I knew I scored with this one when I felt the thickness of the coats. God job.

Way too narrow in the shoulders.....I replaced a more expensive raincoat (stolen?) with this one and it is the only immmediate difference between them. I am a narrow to medium women (size 8-10) and thought I had allowed for that. A man with more broad shoulders would be REALLY disappointed. Can't complain much given the price....

I've just moved to the northwest and
need rain coverage. This classic
rain gear is long enough to cover
you well and has a hood. It is easy
to put on. I love the snaps on the
wrists to tighten if needed in the
rain. The hood has a draw string as
well so you feel really covered when
it pours. I am just sorry it is
made in China--I love to buy items
that are made in USA and keep
work here.
