It does what it's supposed to do pretty well, aka: keeping me dry during a pouring rain while walking my dogs. The loop near the collar from which to hang the coat broke after a few days...And I have already noticed the exterior shell cracking. All together, it's not too bad for the money.

I plan to use this product over a coat so I ordered the rain coat a size larger. (x-large). I normally wear a size large for shirts and jackets. Out of the package it is tight over a shirt.
