This cloth duct tape is an 11-mil, industrial-grade tape that is ideal for air conditioning ducts, packaging, sound dampening, splicing, insulation of dissimilar metals, sand-blast masking, umbilical line wrapping and carpet pad seaming. The tape has been laminated to a tightly woven cloth scrim with a layer of polyethylene film, then coated with an aggressive rubber base adhesive for additional holding power. The coating permits easy release from the roll and provides extra conformability for a neater job.
