Catalog Express Shop: With our Catalog Express Shop you can order any product from any Professional Equipment Catalog by simply entering the item numbers of the products you wish to buy.
Every order you place at Professional Equipment.com is protected with 128-bit encrypted Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that your personal information is kept private and secure.

Shipping Policy
We offer the following shipping methods for the U.S. and Canada (please contact us for International delivery). Orders received after 1 pm CST will be processed the next business day. Please note that our regular business hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 9:00 pm CST. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm CST will not be processed until Monday

- We gladly ship to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses; however, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Shipping discounts do not apply to orders outside the continental U.S.
- Customer is responsible for duties, taxes, additional storage fees, and or import licenses as they apply.
Sales Tax
Professional Equipment is required to charge state and local tax on items sold to Purchasers in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. When ordering, please indicate clearly which items are tax exempt.
Return Policy
We're not satisfied unless you're satisfied!
If any product does not satisfy your needs, or if the product arrives damaged, it may be returned within 30 days of order receipt for a full product refund. Before sending your item back, you must call our Customer Service Group at 1-800-334-9291 for your Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Videotapes, DVDs, audiotapes, computer software (once opened), animal traps (once opened), forms, reports, custom orders and leased items are not returnable. Books are returnable within 7 days of receipt. Test chemicals, once opened are not returnable. Downloads are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be in its original box, in new condition and include all instructions, and the invoice or packing slip.

Damaged in Shipment? Please save the item(s) and packaging, then notify us by phone at 1-800-334-9291. We'll arrange for the carrier to inspect and pickup the damaged item(s).

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and IMPAC (Smart Pay) cards (from U.S. providers only). For your convenience, we also accept electronic personal checks (U.S. banks only). Please note that checks are not accepted for downloadable items.
To pay by credit card: Simply enter your credit card information and billing address at checkout. Your card will not be billed until your order has shipped.
To pay by e-check: Paying by e-check is just as fast and easy as paying by credit card. Simply enter your bank's routing number (as printed on your check), your account number and the check number to authorize a one-time payment.
Two-Click Buying: Two-click buying is the fastest, easiest way to purchase items from Professional Equipment — simply add an item to your cart, and you'll be directed to the checkout page! To start using two-click buying, simply store your payment information by clicking the Edit Payment Information link in My Account and select the two-click buying checkbox. Your information will be encrypted and safely stored in your account. For your security Professional Equipment does not store your cvv number.

Downloads
Downloadable products are sold in an electronic format and will not be physically shipped. Instead, they are downloaded over the Internet from our servers to your local computer. You can purchase downloads and regular products in the same shopping cart. There are no shipping fees associated with downloadable products; however, if you purchase additional items that do not qualify for free ground shipping, you will incur shipping charges on those items only.
All downloads must be paid for with a credit card, and you must have an account with us in order to purchase downloadable products. If you have an account, you will be asked to log in before completing your purchase. If you do not have an account, we will ask you to enter a password before placing your order and an account will be created for you (the email address entered on the billing address form will be used as the username for your account).
Download products are not returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
