The Delmhorst F-2000 Hay Probe Kit contains everything you need for checking and testing for optimal moisture levels in hay before and after baling. Designed for ease of use with only one hand, the kit includes the F-2000 Delmhorst Hay Moisture Meter, 830-3 Delmhorst Moisture Meter 18 Inch Hay Probe, and H-3 Delmhorst Moisture Meter Electrode Handle.
The moisture meter has a number of useful features, including memory of up to 100 readings, a moisture content range of 8% to 40%, and an adjustable, audible set-point that alerts you to a pre-set moisture level. The kit also comes equipped with a 9V battery.

Delmhorst Moisture Meter Electrode Handle:
Mounts to the connector on the top of any meter to use the #830 series #831 Delmhorst prods. This arrangement is recommended over the #1235 when testing any high density or larger bales to minimize stress placed on the meter case.
