Our company uses these for home inspections. We tried a couple of the other cheaper thermometers, but they just didnt hold up. A couple of months with the cheap ones and the buttons and screen stopped working. Not so with this one. I've only had to replace this one (delta track) when i left it sticking in somebody else's ductwork. I wish the magnet was stronger, but its not a dealbreaker.

Are you getting hot or cold calls from your VIP's private office? Great way to check the ambient room temp. IR thermometer will only give you the temperature of surfaces but this is ideal in giving you a more accurate room air temperature.
