I punch holes in the left hand margin and put the pages in a 3 ring binder while doing the inspection. I use hard card dividers between pages so I don't get a write through. I like the checklist format and the space for additional notes on each page, I wish that there were spaces to post a polaroid pic at times - or on a seperate page and referenced. I also wish that the pages were cross indexed - for example Page 6 Plumbing could say something like "See also Pg 10." I feel that this would help the client to review their report more effectively. When I complete my inspection and have mounted the photos on a seperate photo page which I use, I then seperate the pages and give my client their copy as I collect my fees. I originally ordered one of each of 5 or 6 inspection forms and your "Home Inspection Report" in the gray folder was the one I liked the best. I try to follow the ASHI standards and your form is set up according to them. Thank you for a great form.
