This Emergency Hand Portable Halogen Light features two 6W super-bright halogen sealed-beam lamps that provide light for up to 24 hours (12 hours when using both lamps). Keep your Emergency Hand Portable Halogen Light plugged in to keep it fully charged; unplug when needed during a power failure or to carry it with you. The lights come on automatically if power is interrupted. The light features an ammeter to indicate battery charge, and an internal charger that recharges it in 12 hours. The batteries have 7-year average life. The top-end battery access with full-length piano hinge adds durability.
Note: Hand Portable Emergency Lights are meant to supplement, not replace existing emergency lights.
