This Extech True RMS AC/DC clamp meter / digital multimeter allows you to wirelessly transmit voltage and current readings to your FLIR high-definition infrared camera to incorporate meter readings with thermal images. The combination of a clamp meter and an IR camera is used for electrical power measurement, analysis and documentation. The EX845 measurement functions include AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle, diode test, continuity, type k thermocouple thermometer plus non-contact IR temperature.

MeterLink:
MeterLink is a new Bluetooth technology that lets FLIR infrared cameras "talk to" EXTECH meters wirelessly. Manual data collection is time-consuiming and prone to errors. MeterLink eliminates this problem by allowing the thermographer to quickly take moisture readings on a damaged surface and associate those readings with the corresponding targets stored in an infrared image.Readings from the meters get recorded right on the camera's images. No one else on the market offers this. Period. When you tell customers how it can save them time and dollars, it's a no-brainer to go with FLIR.
