This Fieldpiece pipe clamp k-type thermocouple is perfectly suited for HVAC/R applications, as it is designed with a clamping jaw that enables you to easily measure temperatures of pipes that are fixed, at any angle, to walls or other surfaces. The thermocouple is also suitable for most residential and commercial refrigeration appliances. The sensor is virtually isolated from ambient conditions, allowing the thermocouple to read the true pipe temperature for as long as it is attached. The thermocouple provides reliable and accurate readings within 30 seconds.
