Very hard to work. Will not back up reports without input, and lost reports are not uncommon. Misspelled words. Poor to no tech help.
Must use a office program at another cost. Damaged my NEW computer and had to repair, and is still not correct. Will not adjust picture size. Best to use quick view, and make your own report, or use a general report system.
For this much money you can buy another basic camera.
