The Fluke 196C Scopemeter offers the same functions normally found on high-end bench instruments. Its high resolution, monochrome or color screen gives you a better view of complex waveforms. The unit has dual-channel, 100MHz bandwidth. Get up to 1.5 GS/s real-time sampling per input (27,500 points per input record length with the Scope Record mode). Automatic triggering lets you select from a full range of manual triggering modes plus external triggering to get the readings you need.
