This Fluke TiR1 thermal imager is a rugged and reliable unit optimized for building diagnostics and inspection applications. The thermal imager simultaneously captures and fuses a digital photo and infrared image together that details the slightest temperature differences and enables users to more accurately pinpoint problems

The unit is resistant to dust and water to an IP54 rating and can withstand a 6-1/2' drop. The adjustable hand strap allows the unit to be used in either hand. Includes hard carrying case, soft transport bag, AC power supply, battery charger, SD memory card, SD card reader (USB) for downloading images to your computer, SmartView™ software and user manual. SmartView software easily generates customized, professional reports and provides superior organization, analysis and enhancement for your images. Images are transferred as IS2 format and can be saved as JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, WMF, EXIF, EMF or BMP, and can be viewed in 10-color palette.

What is Thermal Imaging?

Thermal imaging is the non-contact detection and measurement of infrared energy or temperature. All objects on earth, hot or cold, radiate.

How do thermal imagers work?
