The Hanna Digital Rugged Thermometer was specially developed for HACCP programs and measures soil temperature quickly with a high degree of accuracy. The instrument is easy to use and features a unique design that allows for easy spot measurement. The LCD is positioned on top of the meter to allow you to view readings easily, and the durable T-shaped handle is comfortable and is ideal for applications where applied force is necessary for insertion, such as with incoming meat inspection and semi-frozen foods. The sharp conical tip provides fast response and improved accuracy over the entire range. The HI 145 thermometer is ideally suited for monitoring incoming merchandise and food storage, as well as applications in food preparation, and during cooking.
