The new SkyScan Ti-plus Heat Index Digital Calculator features an easy to read arrow display showing all ranges of dangerous heat conditions. It also has audible warning sounds before heat index reaches critical levels. Danger icon is always present during dangerous conditions. Other functions include: accurate display of actual temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, as well as relative humidity and heat index. New type of automatic operation makes other models obsolete. No water, twirling or charts are necessary. Critical information is stored in memory for 24 hours and can be re-displayed. It also functions as a countdown timer, stopwatch and alarm.

The calculator looks good but is way to slow in its
response to changing conditions. By the time its got around to telling you that the heat index is to high you're already in trouble. Disappointed in the
response time making it a good looking toy.
