These Insulated Hex Wrenches are Rated for exposure up to 1000V AC and dielectrically tested at 10,000V. Made of impact-resistant and flame-retardant insulating material, the wrenches also feature two-color insulation for determining overall safety and performance. The tool may no longer be insulated properly if the yellow under layer is showing. Complies with IEC 900, ASTM 1505-01 and NFPA 70E.
