I am a professional industrial hygienist and rarely find good DIY IAQ test products. The Allergen and Mold Screen products are so good that I actually recommend them to my clients as a first response and recommend them to client's physicians who want to know more about a potential cause effect relationship to patient symptoms and the indoor environments. The products are reasonably priced, reliable, accurate and easy to use. I understand that the lab used for analysis is Environmental Diagnostics laboratory (EDLab), which is a very reliable AIHA accredited. I only use AIHA accredited lab and EDLab is one of the best. I've used other IAQ DIY test kit products and the IAQ Screen Checks are the best. They are inexpensive, easy to use, the lab results are easy to understand (they come from an AIHA accredited lab) and very reliable. I've had a CIH testing IAQ in my builidngs before and though they were good they were very expensive and the report translations was almost impossible. The Mold Screen Check really met all my expectations. We have used the company that manufacturesrs the products (Building Health Check, LLC) in the past and they have always been reliable and accessible. The lab results are professionally done by an an AIHA accredited lab and the glossary and mold guidelines are easy to understand. I've used other DIY products and this is by far the best.
