If the yellow under layer is showing, the tool may no longer be insulated properly and should be replaced and/or removed from service. Rated for exposure up to 1000V AC and dielectrically tested at 10,000V. Complies with IEC 900, ASTM 1505-01 and NFPA 70E. Screwdrivers measure #1 X 3", #2 X 4", 1/8" X 2'', 3/16" X 6", 1/4" X 4", 5/16" X 6".
