Features & Applications:

The Kidde Carbon Monoxide Alarm will keep you safe from harmful carbon monoxide levels. It is easy to install and can be placed on any wall or ceiling that is listed in the UL/NFPA/Manufacturer’s guidelines. This alarm features a 9V battery backup, so even if the power goes out, you will still be aware if harmful levels arise.

With its ability to interconnect devices, Smoke Alarms, CO Alarms and even Heat Alarms can be hooked on the same wiring network. This allows the Carbon Monoxide Alarm to sound its alarm when it detects carbon monoxide, and the ability to sound a different alarm if one of the other networked alarms goes off. There is also a LED on the alarm which begins flashing when a detection is made. When the battery in the device is too low, the LED will begin flashing along with a brief chirp sound, alerting the user that the battery needs to be changed.
