Great for rugged work in moderate temps - a better glove for cold is the kinco ski glove #S-901. It can truely handle cold - remain flexable - I use them for skiing. They don't look like a typical work glove - I recommend them for any cold recreational outdoor activity.

I use the gloves for outdoor work, cutting fire wood,and brush. Plus many other outdoor activities. The weather at times is very harsh,raining or snowing,and this is a problem with the cloth back on the glove. I wish the glove was all pig skin or leather. I do love the wrist cuff on the glove it keeps debris out of the glove, and that is great. There should be more gloves on the market with snug wrist cuffs.

I use these gloves everyday skiing, they are the driest, most comfortable work glove I have ever worn. They really don't get wet all that much, but when they do, they dry very fast.

My husband and step-son work outside all year round in construction and find these gloves help protect them from the elements. They are reasonably priced so that we can buy several and rotate them when one pair gets soiled or wet. I am in the process of ordering more for Christmas for my husband and step-son.
