The rivet on these 8-1/8" High-Leverage Diagonal-Cutting Pliers is closer to the cutting edge, which provides you with 36% greater cutting and gripping power than regular side cutters. These pliers feature short jaws and beveled cutting edges which permit close cutting of wire. They also have an angled head design for easy work in confined spaces and induction-hardened cutting knives for longer life. They can cut ACSR, screws, nails and most hardened wire. With a hot-riveted joint, these pliers ensure smooth action and no handle wobble. They have a combination polished and black-oxide finish.
