The rivet on these 8-1/8" High-Leverage Diagonal-Cutting Pliers is closer to the cutting edge, which provides you with 36% greater cutting and gripping power than regular side cutters. These pliers feature short jaws and beveled cutting edges which permit close cutting of wire. They also have induction-hardened cutting knives for longer life. They can cut ACSR, screws, nails and most hardened wire. With a hot-riveted joint, these pliers ensure smooth action and no handle wobble. They have a combination polished and black-oxide finish.
