Features & Applications:
This KZValve stainless steel electric ball valve can be used to control the flow of a fluid, gas or air. Every model passes KZValve’s rigid product testing procedures ensuring reliability to operating conditions that include: extremes in moisture, temperature, chemical compatibility, torque and specified pressures. All KZValve actuators are “low voltage” and are rated NEMA 6P (waterproof). The waterproof feature along with our proprietary sealing process is exclusive to KZValve products.

Installation information:
When connecting our motorized actuator to a third party controller, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:
- Actuators should have a power supply capable of at least 2-3 amps (red & black wires in our control harness)
- The required signal current for our actuators is no more than 120mA (the white wire in control harness)
- If controller and valve actuator are on separate power supplies, the grounds (12 or 24V) must be tied together for proper operations and feedback. Red and black main power can go direct to a dedicated power supply and the white switching/signal wire can go to a controller output.
