This LED Emergency Exit Sign with Red Letters uses just 1.7W (incandescents use 30W) and do not require any bulb changes, enabling you to save on exit lighting costs by up to 96%. The exit sign is made with a flame retardant, high-impact thermoplastic, and includes hardware and a canopy mount for ceiling-, end- or back-mounting. The maintenance-free, sealed NiCad battery delivers 1-1/2 hours of light during power outages (10-year warranty on battery). Low voltage battery cutoff protects circuitry and has a constant current, controlled automatic charger circuit. Compliance: UL listed.

I am an office manager for a small Dental Practice and needed to replace a burnt out exit sign. This was the perfect choice. it was inexpensive, easy to assemble and easy to install. I assembled it and then asked an electrician friend to install the sign. It took him all of about 20 mins. to fully install.
