The Dual Input Digital Thermometer is highly accurate and features a triple display of T1, T2, T1 - T2, and relative timestamp. It comes complete with a deluxe plastic carrying case and two Type K thermocouple probes.

Inaccurate. ~1 C off at room temperature and +15C off at -196C. Fluke does better with K probe, but you can't beat the price. Like the dual inputs.
