I was looking around for a good thermometer and my ingredient suppliers were offering same thermometers at much higher price. So I did some research and found Professional Equipment on Google. The price is great and shipping is reasonable. I'm very happy. I use my thermometer for cold process soapmaking, skincare manufacturing and soy candles. Easy to use, fast and accurate.

I purchased this product to carry on my
RV with me to keep track of tire temperatures. RV's have a history of tire problems and by simply checking temperatures of the tires while in route, I can identify a potential problem before it occurs by watching for abnormal tire temperatures.
I will use it around the house and my
autos on occasion also.

I bought this for cooking. Frying specifically, but it is a very nice thermometer with good responsiveness and seems to be quite accurate. I can't stop taking the temperature of things! haha
