The MSA Altair Maintenance-Free Single-Gas Detector features a triple-alarm system: two bright LEDs, a piercing audible alarm, and a vibrating alarm ensures that you are always alerted to any alarm situation. The compact, cost-effective gas detector offers superior dust and water protection and high resistance to RF, and is built with a rubberized housing, patented electrochemical sensors with steel construction, and contains solid electrolyte to ensure there is no sensor leakage. The gas detector automatically records the last 25 alarm and test events and will operate for over two years.
