The MSA Altair Maintenance-Free Single-Gas Detector is a high-performance gas monitor that is cost-effective and built to last in tougher environments. Designed with a rubberized housing and patented electrochemical sensors that feature stainless steel construction and contain solid electrolyte, the gas detector offers superior dust and water protection, a high resistance to RFI, and virtually eliminates the possibility of sensor leakage. The gas detector accurately detects oxygen and will last for over two years. One-button operation makes it easy to use, and a triple-alarm system that features two bright LEDs, a piercing audible alarm, and a vibrating alarm ensures that you are always alerted. It automatically records the last 25 alarm and test events.
