On the proper headgear bracket this face shield does what it needs to do. The shield seems to be tough, and after a month of travels and use it seems to be holding up well.
However, I purchased this item at the same time that I purchased the 102C Crews Aluminum Rim Headgear bracket, and the two don't fit. The second set of holes do not line up with the corresponding studs on the headgear bracket.

Is to be used on an existing North brand headgear piece. I have yet to put it on the headgear but it looks as though it will fit well and do the job of protecting my face/eyes/whatnot quite well... and allow me to see out through it with no issue.
