This Decelerator Energy Absorbing Lanyard from North Safety has Nylon webbing and its body and anchorage hardware consists of two self-locking snap hooks. The lanyard is engineered to limit arresting forces to 900 lbs. The tough nylon tube jacket functions as the back-up lanyard. The warning flag helps to visually identify if the lanyard has been in a fall. This decelerator meets or exceeds all industry standards for energy absorbing lanyards including those set by ANSI, OSHA, and CSA.
