The face shield on this OSE Satellite Welding Helmet has external adjustability to provide ease of operation. The lightweight ratchet design adjusts front and back for even weight distribution. Its durable lens offers complete protection for high heat, dust, and splash applications. You can also adjust it from shade 9–13 without having to removing the helmet. The spherical cover lens is equipped with an elastic gasket to prevent the infiltration of gas and fume particles and its special filters provide you with permanent protection from UV and IR radiation.

The adjustable sensor frame eliminates the effects of ambient light, at the same time integrated solar cells ensure a constant supply of power. It can be changed into grinding mode with automatic reset within approximately 10 minutes using the push button - the grinding mode indicator is located inside helmet. Compliance: ANSI 287.1; CSA 294.3-92.
