Works great but when I plugged it into an outlet the display is upside down. I got round it by using a powerstrip. Maybe all my outlets are installed incorrectly. Also it would be beneficial to have the KWH retained at least for a few seconds after disconnecting from power. Combination of being upside down and not retaining KWH reading was annoying until I put it on a powerstrip.

The meter offers a simple means of determing appliance power consumption. It provides a direct reading of kilowatt-hours to determine cost of appliance operation, comparison of efficiecies of high current devices like portable heaters, and the true cost of operating refrigerators and freezers. However several items I needed to test exceed the 15 amp limit of the meter's current capacity. Twenty amps capacity would have been ideal. But for the price it is great.
