This cost-effective PCB screening test kit contains everything you need to accurately determine PCB-safe transformer oil, with results in less than five minutes. This pocket-sized kit can be used easily in the field, and is ideal for testing electrical insulating fluids for the presence of PCB. All premeasured reagents are sealed in glass ampules, and the test kit is also calibrated by Dexsil to eliminate the possibility of false negatives.
To ensure he most conservative results, test kits are calibrated using Aroclor 1242, which contains the least amount of chlorine (42% by weight) of the Aroclors found in electrical insulating fluids. When Clor-N-Oil test kits turn purple, you can be assured your oil sample is below the action level. Color changes can be read by employees without PCB testing experience. 1/4"-dia. x 12"L rigid, low-density polyethylene.
