Features & Applications
Made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer, this Pelican 1660 Case is unbreakable, watertight, dustproof, chemical resistant and corrosion proof, and is fitted with high density foam and padded dividers that provide total protection against impact, vibration or shock. Strong and durable, the case also features ABS latches, and exclusive 1/4" neoprene o-ring and an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure. This case is great for travel, as it is also designed with heavy duty wheels, a retractable extension handle and multiple fold down carrying handles. This case is tested to MIL C-4150J (Military Standard), IP-66 (Ingress Protection) and ATA (Air Transportation Association).
