Features & Applications:It's difficult to exaggerate the importance of buffer and maintenance solutions. Expensive equipment is often utilized well below its full capabilities due to lack of proper maintenance of sensors. With Hanna solutions, this is no longer a problem.
Hanna Storage solutions are prepared with high grade Potassium Chloride and Potassium Hydrogen Phthalate by titration with NIST 2201 standardized Silver Nitrate and NIST 84j standardized Sodium Hydroxide Solution. Spec Summary:

Comments about Hanna Instruments pH Meter Storage Solution:
I use this product to store my Checker probe. The Checker comes with a small black cap to cover the probe. I fill this cap with just the right amount of solution so that when I placed on the bottom of the probe very little or none of the solution comes out of the cap.

Comments about Hanna Instruments pH Meter Storage Solution:
I sent a new food product to WSU for a processing authority and found that I had measured a Ph of 3.6 and it really was 3.9. I do not like the little tape that you have to keep wet with solution. There shuld be some kind of enclosure that can be filled with solution that will keep it from drying out. At this point I don't even know if my meter works now or not. Also, the case should have a hole for the little screw driver so it can't get lost.
