Layout needs arranging so as to allow for all exterior items to be done at same time. Then shift to interior items. I find the book to be of professional quality and a useful guide and good presentation for the client.

Allows one to be concise but had to add an appendix for photos but like to use larger photos anyway so worked well for me. If had in word form online I could have typed instead of printed and inserted photos but wouldn't have had book format or tab indexing I guess. I would like to see them add an extra corbon copy of all areas to give to the buyers agent.
I use the manuals for client to sign contract and to give the summary page at the inspection. LAter I upload the details to a more formal computer generated report (www.homegauge.com) and send them this final formal copy from my field report manual which is the manual we are commenting on. I would like the manual just to have carbon copies of the contract and summary page only, as this is what I give to the client.
